The americans make a brunch between the breakfast and the lunch, the restaurants serve lots of ready-cooked meal with warm drinks or cocktail. they eat more hamburgers, fries, sandwiches. The french eat more vegetables and fruits. In America, we can consume some acohol from 21 years. So the french drink more alcoholic drinks. The American food is the most calorific. The french food is heathier and more balanced than american food.
The first difference between the American food culture and the French food culture is that American can eat all day long. The French prefer eat less than the American but better. The Amercian food is very fatty (pankakes, donuts, hamburgers...)and not really healthy! There are some quirk in both food culture, like the frog legs for the French and the fried squirrel brains for the American. The American food widens in France because it's more easy and fast to eat for a lunch break.
